Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our manufacturing team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
